Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During holidays or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Times

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier. Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship within the United States, with additional locations becoming available in the future.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before completing your order. Las Caobas Coffee is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Return Policy

Because coffee is a consumable product, we are unable to accept returns on opened products. However, your satisfaction is important to us, and we will do our best to resolve any issues with your order.

Eligible Returns

We may accept returns or replacements in the following situations:

  • Incorrect item received

  • Damaged package or product

  • Product quality concerns

  • Unopened items in original packaging

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Refund Policy

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.
