Las Caobas Coffee™ was born from the heritage of the Juan Veras family and a deep appreciation for the Dominican Republic—its people, its mountains, and its rich tradition of coffee cultivation.

Our name honors the rural community of Las Caobas, near Jamao al Norte, where generations of the Veras family once cultivated coffee. Although coffee farming gradually declined in the area as many farmers transitioned to other crops, the family's connection to the land and passion for Dominican coffee never faded.

Today, that legacy continues through Las Caobas Coffee™. We proudly source our premium 100% Dominican coffee from the high-altitude mountains of Dominican Republic where cool mountain air, fertile soils, and abundant tropical rainfall create ideal conditions for producing exceptional coffee. Carefully cultivated and expertly roasted, every bean reflects the remarkable character of one of the Caribbean's most celebrated coffee-growing regions.
